Mission Statement: PRETC provides PR knowledge through subject matter expertise to Personnel Recovery professionals to enable them to Plan, Prepare for, and Execute Personnel Recovery operations across the spectrum of conflict. The PRETC is chartered to educate DoD and selected other national and international Personnel Recovery professionals, both civilian and military, in the art and science of planning and executing joint Personnel Recovery operations."By
