Mission Statement
The Joint Personnel Recovery Agency’s functional focal point for all aspects of manpower, personnel, training, security, facilities management, and library archives. Administers comprehensive support to the agency-wide development and implementation of manpower, personnel and security policies and procedures while collecting, recording, analyzing and preserving valuable historical information in support of all Personnel Recovery activities.
